V jadranu obstajajo 4 vrste paukov. Pauk bjelac,  pauk crnac, pauk mrkulj in pauk žutac. Pripadajo družini paukov (Trachinidae).

Klapavice (dagnje) po mornarsko

Količina za 5 oseb:

1,5 kg klapavic, 1 dl olja, šopek drobnjaka, 2 dl belega vina, maslena kroglica(5 dag malsa, 2-3 dg moke), pol limone, peteršilj, po okusu soli in popra.

Preden se lotie tega recepta preverite, če so klapavice žive!

Klapavice očistimo,  jih operemo in z lupino vred tložimo v kozico. Dodamo sesekljan drobnjak, olje in vino. Pokrijemo in dušimo tako dolgo, da se školjke odpro.  nato jim odstranimo lupine. Dodamo masleno kroglico, limonin sok, in poper.  Po potrebi prilijemo še malo ribje osnove. Dušimo 6-8 minut. jed mora biti primerno gostljata.
